About Us

A wonderful Coffee house, that combines lorem ipsum and dolor sit amet.

Come for the beans that crossed oceans, stay for the neighbors who crossed the street. At Lark Café, the world fits in a 250 ml cup—and there’s always room for one more story.

We’re excited to welcome you! Here at our café, we serve coffee that truly reflects its origin and delicious food that celebrates the people who make it. Our journey has taken us to some amazing places—from the misty highlands of Ethiopia to the volcanic slopes of Guatemala, and from small women-owned cooperatives in Colombia to family-run farms in Malawi’s Thyolo and Mzuzu districts. Each bean on our shelf has its own story to tell, and every roast we create is a way of bringing together the unique qualities of its environment—things like altitude, rainfall, and soil—into an experience that’s full of aroma, sweetness, and balance. We can’t wait for you to taste the difference!

We Serve One of the Best Coffee!

At Lark Café we believe a great day begins with the first sip. Perched on the edge of Lilongwe’s City Centre, our light-filled, plant-draped space is equal parts neighborhood living room and global coffee embassy – the place where different beans from every corner of the world meet, mingle, and reveal their stories in your cup.

The place where different coffee beans from all over the world meet.

Step up to the brew bar and you’ll see a world map dotted with colored pins: red for natural-process Ethiopian heirloom, green for washed Guatemalan caturra, gold for carbonic-macerated Kenyan SL-28, and blue for our own home-grown Malawi Geisha. On any given day you can taste the chocolate depth of a Brazil Mogiana medium roast alongside the bright citrus of a Rwandan red-bourbon light roast. We host free public cuppings every Wednesday at 9 a.m.; once a month we turn the café into a passport-stamp station—four stations, four countries, four brewing methods. Your ticket is simply an open mind and an empty mug.
